Since we started in 2025 we have strived to continually improve our capability to deliver hydraulic system training. Some of our investment has been in time: creating new content for training. We have invested in a training rig, which gives our customers a chance to set up pressure relief, pressure reducing and flow control valves in a safe environment. The rig can also be used to set up new hydraulic circuits, form a hydraulic schematic.
Investment in Automation Studios has given us the capability to show cut through components on screen. The software can also simulate hydraulic circuits so can show scenarios such as the effects of changing loads on hydraulic cylinders, in terms of pressure and flow.
Recently we have developed some standard courses, the first of which is for Hydraulic Accumulators,. The course covers the types of accumulators, applications, how to size them, legislation and working safely.
