We were called to a company that had a problem with a new directional valve, which was stopping production. We solved that problem within an hour. The new valve was built incorrectly by their supplier and had a blocked drain connection, which we sorted very quickly.
We developed a hydraulic training course for their technicians, focussing on their hydraulic systems. This has enabled them to understand their own hydraulic systems and the maintenance required. I later heard from their manager that they had a hydraulic problem one day and with the training they were able to identify and solve the problem quickly.
The focus of our business is the ensure the UK’s hydraulic systems are working and working efficiently.. We work on site with a number of companies to solve their problems and train their teams. We also undertake surveys for legislation compliance and we help those companies to comply and derisk their business.
