We held our first course, this time around, for a customer who did not want a generic hydraulic training course and needed something specific. MGR Fluid Engineering were called top develop a course on their hydraulic systems. The first stage was to understand their systems, getting access to their schematics and the positions on site.
The course was developed and delivered, the content being:
- Symbols
- Symbols relating to their systems
- Identifying Symbols on their schematics
- Hydraulic components and how they work
- On site identification of components
- Working Safely with hydraulic systems
- Basic fault finding
All courses need interaction between the trainer and the participants and this course had plenty. The customer did not need to travel, they did not have general training, it was specific based on their systems, which should improve their knowledge of hydraulics.
