Do you need your team training on their hydraulic systems?
The skills gap in Engineering is growing and in Fluid Power it is the same. At MGR Fluid Engineering we are passionate about training and developing knowledge and capability. We can offer bespoke courses, based around the systems at customers sites or BFPA approved courses.
Bespoke Hydraulic Training (Customer-Specific)
Courses developed to train engineers on familiar hydraulic systems, to improve their local understanding which can improve working safely and fault finding effectively. An excerpt, below from a reference from one of our customers who selected our training supports our view:
“We are already seeing tangible benefits, including a breakdown we had recently that the engineers were able to fault find easily. This training was an outstanding investment, providing our team with the tools and knowledge necessary to excel.”
Our training courses can be tailored to cover all aspects of hydraulics and we are flexible to ensure we provide the training you need. Recently we have added a training rig to give practical experience of setting valves and fault finding.
Courses can be tailored to cover the following:-
-
Hydraulic symbols and schematics
-
Hydraulic components
-
Working safely with hydraulics
-
Contamination control
-
Hydraulic systems maintenance
Supporting training
We also offer a mentoring and development support as we understand that knowledge is important but developing capability is vital to achieve competence. Our support includes:
- Current capability assessment
- Development plans
- Further training and one on one training
The support is again tailored to what is needed for your team.
