HYDRAULIC SYSTEM DESIGN ENGINEERS
Providing independent hydraulic systems design to customer supplied specifications, including bills of materials and pipework specifications derived from calculations on pressure drop and wall thickness. With an in depth knowledge of the most suitable hydraulic system components for the application, these will be specified in line with budgetary, reliability and lead time requirements. We can also provide Concepts, Feasibility and FEED studies hydraulic system designs.
Hydraulic system documents
Do you know the documentation needed to comply with PUWER and PSSR (Pressurised Systems Safety Regulations)? At MGR Fluid Engineering we can help supply hydraulic systems schematics, bills of materials and manuals. For systems with hydraulic accumulators we can provide Written Schemes of Examination.
HYDRAULIC sYSTEM RELIABILITY
Performance problems with hydraulic systems may be caused by poor design, end users changing operating parameters or poor maintenance. MGR Fluid Engineering are independant fluids engineers with a track record of helping customers with their hydraulic system reliability.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS Training
There are other providers of hydraulic system training, but we specialise in training your team on their systems. This improves the understanding of hydraulics in a shorter time and reduces costs compared to residential courses. To date we have trained many different companies on their premises, including BAE Systems, Rolls Royce and Selwood Pumps.
We are a BFPA approved training provider for; Hydraulic Hose Assembly, Hydrostatic Proof Pressure Testing and vocational Hydraulics.
